Of octagonal form， the cup has a narrow splayed foot. The front and back decorated in shallow relief with a circular medallion of an archaistic dragon holding a lingzhi， with further sprays of ling fungus on the corners devided by a pair of archaistic scrool handles. The even glaze of light celadon green leaves free the underside of the foot， which is dressed with a brown wash.
