1948 8 MAR Postal card from USA to Shanghai （7.4），h.s. “T” for insufficient franking，along with 4 Gold Yuan $50 surch. on revenue stamps cancelled by triangluar chop，not delivered for a long time，h.s. “UNCLAIMED” and “RETURN”，back to USA dated 19 AUG Shanghai，written “Invalid Stamps” as the card got in Shanghai before the liberation and got out after liberation，showing the invalidity of Chinese Post Office stamps then，nice condition
