Most fluorite monocrystals are in cubic shapes, and other shapes are including rhombic dodecahedron and octahedron. However, this specimen from India has a unique shape, and its spherical shape is very hard to find worldwide.
The spherical fluorite is creamy yellow, while the quartz is white and flawless,so the combination of the two colors shows a special softness. This is a rare and typical paragenetic mineral specimen.
