Yongzheng Six-Character Mark
With twenty four lobed petals beneath the foliate rim,covered over all in an even pink enamel. The underside with a six character mark of Yongzheng within a double ring in underglaze blue and of the period,1723-1735.
▲ An identical dish,perhaps the pair to this dish was sold by Sotheby’s,Hong Kong,30th October 2002,lot no.240 where the buyer paid HK$ 1,740,000 approximately GBP £150,000,and is published by Sotheby’s in their book Thirty Years in Hong Kong,2003,no.151,p.162/3.
