Appearance：
Deep well polished brass.
Aroma：
Classic oloroso sherry notes on the nose （raisins，sultanas，christmas cake）. Dried seville orange peel，fresh blood orange zest scattered on old wood flooring. Sweet but not overly sweet，like salted caramel fudge.
Taste：
Very well balanced，lots of sweetness from the sherry is balanced with more woody and spicey notes. The citrus comes forward towards the finish that intertwines with the sherry notes. A medium finish.
Comment：
Very enjoyable and very moreish，almost too easy to drink.
