Beijing Poly 2009 Early Spring Auctions will start at New Poly Plaza tomorrow. Exhibition Date: 24th to the day before each auction Auction Date: 26th to 27th Besided the scheduled auctions, there is a new session added to the 2009 early spring auction. Details is as following: An important Singapore art collector contacted Poly Auction and wanted to seel about 100 pieces of fine Chinese paintings and calligraphies through our early spring auction last week. This batch of paintings and calligraphies contains works by Xu Beihong, Jiang Zhaohe, Ai Qing, He Jiaying, and so on. And, the collector decided to sell these works with no reserve price. In order to active the market and diversify auction lots, Poly Auction agreed to hold an auction for these works, named "Chinese paintings and calligraphies collected by an important Singapore collector". This session will be held after the lot 665 of Chinese paintins and calligraphies auction on March 27th.
