For Poly Auction, 2016 is a significant year. As one of the most important milestone in our ¡°strategy within Greater China¡±, Poly Auction (Shanghai) inaugural auction , in cooperation with China¡¯s Huayi, has achieved 8.37 hundred million, which has drawn a perfect closure for the whole year.

The annual turnover of the Poly Auction in 2016 is 9.5 billion, leading the Chinese auction market as usual. Eight lots dealt exceed one hundred million, and 143 lots dealt over ten million. To be specific, the Poly Auction Beijing achieved 60 hundred million in total, amongst the biggest portion; The Poly Auction HongKong made 19.3 hundred million, which ranks the second place; The rest shares were 3.37 hundred million made by the Poly Auction Xiamen, 0.65 hundred million achieved by the Poly Action Macau and 8.37 hundred million dealt by the Poly Huayi Shanghai Auction.

In 2016, as a leader in the auction market regarding the annual turnover, Poly Auction also made innovations in expanding more auction categories. In its 2016 Autumn Evening Auction of Shanghai, we took advantages of Shanghai¡¯s policies, adding significant works of Western masters in the first time. This presented a tremendous dialogue between China and Western, which had became the highest price of the contemporary art  in the auction history of the mainland China.

2017 is its twelfth anniverary since Poly Action¡¯s establishment. We will accelerate our speed of the international strategy, marching Western countries, and adding Western art into our auction categories. And more importantly, we hope to expand our group of international collectors, and enhancing the brand influence of the Poly Auction.
