These two girls in the painting could be regarded as the product of language transformation of the artist¡¯s representation, which gave the work some meaning of pop-art. Even dressed the green uniform and cap, the girl existed in a context without real historical time and space. What Qi Zhilong did on this work was not to memorize simply the historical people and encounter, but to transform the attitude of different viewpoints of value. So two sisters could be treated as a reconstruction of history that included the idealistic colors, which was not only a spiritual succession of the past idealistic age, but also a kind of value recuperation under the current circumstance. Qi Zhilong thought, ¡°Uniformed Girl¡± was in fact an alternative form of the consuming icons.
